Calendar Day: 1 calendar day is counted as 1 day ie., 00:00 Hrs to 11:59 Hrs only. Grace period of 2 Hours is allowed beyond 11:59 Hrs @ Rs.300/Hour charged. If cab released beyond 2AM, Next Day Full Day Charges applicable.
Kms Reading: Charged from our Office-to-Office. (1) in Bangalore - Mahadevapura (2) in Chennai - KK Nagar
Extra Kms Cost: Beyond Min.Rental all the additional Kms is charged @ Rs. Per Km
Extra Driver Batta's: Rs. 300 for Cabs & Rs.350 for Tempo Traveler Charged for before 6AM or after 10PM driving
State-Permit Charges: Need to be paid in cash to our drivers.

Note: Customers are not allowed to accompany the driver or go directly to pay such charges at any check post. Any such incident found, Hire Innova Cabs reserve all the rights to cancel the booking immediately and close the trip till there including the cab return charges to origin.

Travel Plan: You agreed to travel in and around the provided locations only. No location/city/state/ changes are allowed while on the trip, apart from these places.
Pickup/Drop Location: Our cabs will pickup and drop you back at only the provided locations in the quote, until if you had informed us about different Drop location while ocnfirmign the booking.

Note: Incase of any multiple Pickups or Drops, the same need be ifnormed to us while confirming the booking. Additional charges applicable if it is informed later or when found by our driver

Cleaning Charges: If found Vomiting inside the car or sticking Chewing Gum by spoiling the Interiors, Rs.1000/- interior cleaning charges will be applicable applicable. Spitting Pan/Gutka on the exteriors will lead to Rs.500/- water wash charges. For any decoration on the car Rs.750/- chemical wash charges will be applicable.
Booking Terms: All the bookings will be confirmed only upon token advance that can be paid online.
- We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Cancellation Terms: Please find below the cancellation policy:

1) 3 days prior - 100% refund will be given by deducting 3% or Rs.150/- (whichever is higher) of bank charges

2) 2 days prior - 60% refund will be given by deducting 3% or Rs.150/- (whichever is higher) bank charges

3) 1 day prior - 20% refund will be given by deducting 3% or Rs.150/- (whichever is higher) bank charges

4) within 24 hours - No Refund will be issued

5) No show on travel date/time - No Refund will be issued
Payment Terms: Along with initial booking advance, need to pay some amount to driver while on the trip for fuel & other expenses.

Note: Once the trip is completed the settlements need to be done immediately. No next day or credit period is allowed.

Cash: You can pay cash to our Driver on duty
Credit/Debit Cards: Can be paid via QuikWallet, our payment gateway with 3% Transaction Fee charged extra
IMPS: You can transfer the amount to the below provided account details.
